Robin Lloyd-Jones is a climber, teacher, and award winning author of novels, short fiction, radio drama and non-fiction. He is a former president of the Scottish Association of Writers and of Scottish PEN. He was a tutor in creative writing at Glasgow University and was awarded an honorary fellowship of the School of Latin American Studies following his book on street children, Fallen Angels (1992).
