Charles Beauclerk is the author of a biography of his ancestress Nell Gwyn and a study of the pianist John Ogdon. He is the co-founder of the Shakespeare Academy and an associate of the Shakespearean Authorship Trust. He divides his time between London and Nottinghamshire.
