Emmanuel Renaut opened the Flocons de Sel restaurant in 1998 and earned his third Michelin star in 2012. He also holds the prestigious distinction of Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Isabelle Hintzy is a freelance journalist and stylist who has worked with numerous magazines and published a number of cookbooks in French.
