Descrizione libro Paperback. Condizione: new. Paperback. Der Brief des Apostels Paulus an Philemon ist der kleinste unter den uns erhaltenen Paulusbriefen. Historisch und theologisch ist er dennoch von erheblichem Interesse, weil er uns an einem in der Antike haufiger auftauchenden Problemfall, namlich einer Sklavenflucht, erkennen lasst, wie der Apostel sein Rechtfertigungsevangelium und seine Konzeption von der christlichen Gemeinde als dem einen Leib des Christus in den praktischen Lebensvollzug einer christlichen Hausgemeinde hinein verantwortet: Paulus sendet den fluchtigen, von ihm zu Christus bekehrten Sklaven Onesimus zunachst zuruck zu Philemon, seinem Herrn, und bittet mit Nachdruck um seine Aufnahme als eines christlichen Mitbruders. Gleichzeitig lasst der Apostel erkennen, dass er auf die Freistellung des Onesimus fur die Zwecke der paulinischen Mission hofft. Es geht Paulus im Philemonbrief also nicht einlinig um die christliche Stabilisierung antiker Sozialverhaltnisse, sondern um ihre geistliche Durchdringung und missionarische Nutzung. Zeichen dessen ist, dass der Apostel den Fall des Onesimus, seiner Wiederaufnahme und eventuellen Freilassung nicht Philemon allein, sondern der Hausgemeinde des Philemon insgesamt zu bedenken gibt. Der Philemonbrief ist also kein Privatbrief im modernen Sinne, sondern ein Philemon und seine Hausgemeinde gemeinsam betreffendes Bittschreiben des Paulus. Der vorliegende Kommentar bemuht sich um eine historisch genaue, aber zugleich auslegungs- und wirkungsgeschichtlich reflektierte theologische Exegese, d.h. es geht ihm um Aufhellung des historischen Textsinnes und gleichzeitig um ein kritisches Gesprach mit der (einseitig akzentuierenden) kirchlichen Auslegung des Briefes von den Anfangen bis zur Gegenwart.
