The examples considered in this book are taken mostly from modern history. The book is addressed mainly to people interested in history and/or astrology.

L'autore:
Vladimir Petrov Kostov is born in Bulgaria in 1959. He has studied mathematics at Moscow State University and now is working in France. The present book was first published in French by PAF (ISBN 978-3-8381-7803-5). It is an independent continuation of "The Rules of History" (LAP, ISBN 978-3-659-30512-2), available also in French and Russian.
