She notes, generally, women, unlike men, more often have difficulty selling themselves and/or voicing their own needs. Career women are more likely to adapt to male strategies. But in private life, women tend to adapt too much to the wishes of their men folk at the expense of hiding their own needs & views and thus lose their individuality & charisma, and become invisible. The tragic consequence is often the man finds his partner boring, and, in the worst case, simply leaves her. Crisis are common in life.
