Sobre el autor: Luigi Ficacci estudió historia del arte en Roma bajo la dirección de Giulio Carlo Argan. Durante muchos años fue comisario en el Istituto Nazionale per la Grafica de Roma y dio conferencias en varias universidades italianas. Desde 2007 hasta 2015 ha sido el director general de museos de Bolonia (Soprintendente ai Beni Culturali); en la actualidad es el director general del museo de Lucca. Sus trabajos de investigación se centran en cuestiones relacionadas con el arte italiano y europeo de los siglos xvii y xviii y de la época contemporánea.
L'autore:
Luigi Ficacci studied Art History in Rome under Giulio Carlo Argan. He is curator at the Istituto Nazionale per la Grafica in Rome and lectures at different Italian universities. The focal points of his research work are the issues raised by 17th and 18th century and contemporary Italian art.
