Neben Eingriffen in die Auftragsvergabe gingen umfangreiche Maßnahmen in Konstruktion und Fertigung einher.Der im Juli 1942 vorgelegte Katalog zur 'Typenbereinigung und Auftragsregelung' beinhaltete neben den Kriegs-Dampflokomotiven (KDL) auch Feuerlose-Lokomotiven (KFL), Kriegs-Motorlokomotiven (KML), Kriegs-Elektrolokomotiven (KEL) und Kriegs-Druckluftlokomotiven (KDrL).Das neue Special beschreibt die Entwicklung hin zur Kriegslokomotive, stellt den Katalog und die darin enthaltenen Lokomotiven vor und zeichnet das Bild ausgewählter Loktypen in Kriegs- und Friedenszeiten in Deutschland und darüber hinaus nach. 96 pp. Deutsch.
