The romantic use of myth and symbolism by Hawthorne is juxtaposed with the dramatic elements employed by Miller.

Marketa Hunova was born in Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic, where she later studied her master degree in English and Spanish at the Faculty of Education, University of South Bohemia. Now she works as a teacher of English and Spanish.
