Rita, LI Yi Man received her PhD in Real Estate and Construction from University of Hong Kong. She is currently an Associate Professor at Department of Economics and Finance and the Director of Sustainable Real Estate Research Centre of Hong Kong Shue Yan University.

She is a winner of Antitrust Writing Awards and is the author of 3 Springer Books:
