This VG+ quality book was copyrighted in 1919 and was published by The World Syndicate Publishing Company; it is 7-5/8" tall with 214 numbered pages of text. This book has a very slight lean, is very clean, free of edge dings with the lower corner lightly bumped and frayed; the head and heel of the spine are bumped with slight color loss but no fraying; the bottom edges have very little wear. The spine is clean and not faded; all the gilt lettering is bright and intact. The front panel has virtually no wear and the blind-stamped images are quite clear. Except for inked names and an address on the front paste down, the interior is free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and paper damage of any type. Both hinges are quite strong and not damaged in any fashion. The text paper is very slightly toned and the paper remains extremely flexible. The book has no remainder mark and is not a former library book. It has 3 pages of frontis on plain paper, the first two identical except that #2 is tinted; #3 is a different image and also tinted. There is no series list in the book. The VG- quality jacket is very clean and not faded, with small chips at the lower front and upper rear corners, along with slightly bigger chips at the top front corner and at the head of the spine--no lettering is taken out by any of these chips.
