He is a practising barrister specialising in business and financial law, and in particular insolvency and commercial/company matters. Gabriel Moss has written widely on insolvency and sits on several editorial advisory boards on the subject
Professor R Wessels is a well-known insolvency lawyer in the Netherlands and is widely published on European insolvency law. He is Adjunct Professor and Visiting Scholar 2004-2005 on International Insolvency Law, St.John's School of Law, Queens, New York, USA.
