Riassunto: The Catskills region is a rural treasure. Located less than 150 miles from the largest population center in North America, it is cherished by those who know it and readily bestows rewards on those just discovering the region. Rich in natural scenery, history, arts, and a country lifestyle many can only dream about, the Catskills has welcomed people seeking a better life for over two centuries. Through the photography and words of Michael P. Gadomski you will discover why this land is so special. Whether you call the Catskills your home, seek its gifts as a visitor, or just experience it through the pages of this book, you will find it is a place that will enhance the human spirit.
