WOODBINE BOOKS is an online business in West Yorkshire, near Ilkley. I am a member of the following book trade associations: the IOBA, PBFA, FPBA, and also the Private Libraries Association. This means I abide by professional codes of conduct in relation to fair and knowledgeable market prices, accurate descriptions of books, efficient communication with customers, and secure mail packaging. My specialisms are fine art, private press, designer bindings and limited edition books of the 20th and 21st centuries; books with contemporary wood engravings are a particular favourite of mine. I rarely sell at book fairs, as fine books can get damaged in the process. This means that my stock remains in very good condition. So if I describe a book as in 'very good' or 'fine' condition, it will be. If you want to locate the better quality books on my ABE pages here, I suggest you try using the following search terms in the Keyword section below: 'Fine Press', and 'Signed' or do a search for the specific title or author that interests you. You can also visit my website to find limited edition books (postage free): www.woodbinebooks.co.uk See too, my articles on fine press, wood engraved and limited edition books (and more) at http://jaquo.com/tag/colin-neville/

Customer to pay postage costs. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: (See 'Shipping Terms', below).
Orders usually shipped within 2 business days. The standard shipping costs shown against books sold here are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: I no longer ship books by surface mail overseas and for books valued at over £50. I also reserve the right to decline to send a book overseas unless it is by signed-for airmail, or tracked courier service - which will have cost implications for the customer, although I will always search for the most competitive carrier. The extra cost of mailing a book by this method will always be presented to the customer at the point of order, who can accept or decline the costs involved.
