Most of all, it's a place to play and explore and have fun!
There are several sections to this book:
To-Do Checklist
... to remind yourself of things you would like to do to help you make changes that you would like to make.
Notes to Self
... of any salient points that you want to keep in mind, suggestions you would like to repeatedly give yourself, insights you have or perhaps thoughts to consider and develop at a later time.
Daily Journal Pages
There are three journal pages for every day in the month. The first is where you can record any experiences you notice having to do with release, growth, creativity and inspiration in some aspect of your life each day. There is also room to record five expressions of gratitude (preferably expressed to the object of your gratitude rather than just notated) and eight hugs each day, both of which have been shown to make positive changes in us emotionally and physiologically and increase empathy with others, thereby improving relationships.
The second and third pages for each day are for musings and reflections. I would love to see you try new ways of inspiring yourself to write, such as starting with a photograph or an object or a zen koan or an affirmation. Perhaps someone said something to you that got you thinking, or you saw a quote that you liked. Did you purchase a new item that day? Why? What will it do for you? There are many ways to get your journaling juices flowing. Also, don't feel limited to the space provided. If you get on a roll, add some extra paper and let your thoughts flow!
Creative Pages
The blank pages are for doodling and other drawing exercises (like those in my  Creative Thinking Unleashed workshop) to get your creative juices flowing or work things out visually (charts, graphs, mind maps - whatever floats your boat).
That said, there is no right or wrong way to use this  handy dandy little book. It is yours to do with as you like, in whatever ways you find helpful.

L'autore: Amy Rosner is a former brain researcher who now helps people get more control over their minds and bodies to live the lives they really want to live. She holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology, specializing in attention and memory, as well as certifications in hypnotherapy and life coaching.
