L'autore:

William T. Singer retired from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel after assignments around the United States and Japan and numerous deployments including Afghanistan. Richard J. Singer retired after 50 years with combined service in the Army, Air Force, Navy and US Civil Service.
