Riassunto: Gina Fenske had to ask herself how she could even cope, let alone grow, with all the pressures and stress in our routine lives. Earning money, cooking, cleaning, laundry, raising children, and worse, life-threatening illnesses, broken bones and the loss of one's job all seemed so overwhelming.

In The Delicate Balance, Gina tells the stories of her discoveries, and her journey to find unconditional love for herself and for everyone she touches. This remarkable book will change your life. Pause over it. Linger with it. Sit at the kitchen table with Gina. Share her courageous story, told with laughter and tears, by one friend to another. Learn with her how to move beyond illness, loss, injury and despair into a life of joy, God-centered, demonstrating unconditional love in every aspect of daily life. This isn't about sainthood. This is about daily living and making a choice to show up with a clear intent. Gina chooses love. She chooses joy. Gina's practical answers are like a 268-page counseling session that you can apply to your life now. How can we replace perfectionism with acceptance? How can you love your spouse unconditionally, with no agenda or expectations? How can we free ourselves and our loved ones through love? How can you eat a box of chocolates and not gain weight? Discover with Gina how the secret to loving unconditionally lies within each of us--and share her ways to tap the Divine sources inside you. Then, by loving yourself and others, you too can choose joy in all aspects of life. Love is the essential tool of life. Here is a spiritual tool box to use daily at your kitchen table.
