Mr. McAslan has worked for Rockwell International, Square D Company, IHS, Inc., Republic Financial Corporation and portfolio companies of private equity firms the Blackstone Group and the Sterling Group. Keith has successfully assisted his private clients as their CFO, COO, CEO, personal business advisor, M&A advisor and arranged favorable debt and equity financing. Keith has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and MBA from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS. His management training includes Strategic Planning at Harvard Business School; The Management Program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Business; and Executive French Immersion Program at Dartmouth College and Arles, France.
