Also has fold-out map of birds-eye view of the falls. Advertisements for local hotels inside front and back boards. Binding is falling apart. Three quarter cloth dust-jacket with signs of age and water stains. Gilt lettering on dust jacket and book. Some ink smudges on pages but most pages are clean and tight.
