Titolo: HISTORY OF THE PENNSYLVANIA WOMAN'S ...
Casa editrice: Quincy Orphanage Press, Quincy
Data di pubblicazione: 1937
Condizione libro: Poor
Hardcover in purple cloth with white lettering. 447 pages. Photos of many of the ladies involved. Handwritten on front endpaper: "Presented to Smith Library Chautauqua, New York by Mrs. Ella Boucher Black President Pennsylvania W. C. T. U. July 22, 1938." (No idea whether Mrs. Black wrote it or a librarian.) Front endpaper also bears the bookplate of the library. Front free endpaper has a small rubber stamp of same. Occasional foxing; generally pages are clean and tight. However, there is a large ugly brown stain on the front endpaper, running over a bit onto the free endpaper, and a smaller stain at rear hinge, and it appears as though this is allied to the large brown stain on the covers at and near the joints, perhaps an ill-advised attempt to repair or preserve with some substance that got out of hand. Tight, unworn. Codice inventario libreria 005663
