L'autore: General Sir Martin Farndale was born in Alberta, Canada, in 1929 and commissioned into the Royal Regiment of Artillery in 1948 having already served in the Indian Army. Following a distinguished career he retired in 1988 and was Master Gunner St James's Park from 1988 to 1996.
