L'autore: Gail La Grouw has been a corporate performance consultant and seminar presenter for over 20 years. She has worked with both small and large companies in NZ, Australia and the UK, across a diverse range of industries. Her experience in predicting how new technologies will impact markets, products and services, and operational requirements has provided her with both strategic insight as well as in-depth knowledge of processes and technology. With the recent maturation of business intelligence technology, Gail has become a fore runner in helping companies come to grips with the need to become smarter, more agile and more strategic. This mix of business corporate performance management and analytics based decision-making has lead to what Gail has termed 'The Logical Organization(tm)'.
