Riassunto: This well-researched and intellectually friendly milestone offers 1,000 pages of bold, candid answers to questions WHY? Black on Black crime? School drop-outs and flunk-outs? Family disintegration? Economic disempowerment? Religious exploitation? Prison incarcerations?

This book describes in detail how conditions of forced illiteracy and denial of moral underpinnings and teachings combined to severely fracture the inner personality of the slave (cultural genocide). Not satisfied with merely describing problems, this book offers practical solutions to restore the African American community to its rightful place in society.

Readers will also be fascinated with the accounts of two 19th century Christian clergy eyewitnesses. Recognized intellectual Edward W. Blyden carefully documented the advanced West African civilization that prevailed during the slave trade. During the same time in the United States, liberal leader of the Presbyterian Church, Rev. Charles C. Jones was researching a scheme of how to advocate the religious and moral instruction of slaves to suspicious whites who felt that religious teachings would subvert slavery and encourage rebellion.

The included summary of his book, Religious Instructions of the Negroes published in 1842, reveals the tenets of a customized Christianity, CONVERSION and CONTROL, to be taught to Negroes to simultaneously accomplish both objectives.

Images and information of the African Diaspora scattered in all of the continents throughout the earth and their significance to the development of the African continent. Another of many other highlights in the book is a dedication to former Heavyweight Champion Muhammad Ali.
