L'autore: Benita Bishop grew up in El Monte and when she turned 21, she moved to Hollywood. Her main goal was to become a professional singer but she found herself working full time as a hairdresser and kept putting off her dream year after year until 1989 when she joined a rock band in the Inland Empire and saw a least a part of her dream come true. She hasn't stopped singing since, performing profesionally in Big Bands, R&B, Latin Jazz and Rock groups all over Southern California. She has published two cookbooks and Lost Girl is her first book.
