About the Author: Jim Stathis has been a contractor his entire life. He started working in a roofing company when he was 20 years old. Though he made great money, he never seemed to keep any of it. After many years on the job and observing his boss’ lifestyle, he decided to make the jump into getting his own license. However, he soon found out that was the easy part. Running his contracting business was something all together different. From working twelve hours a day, to growth, to eventual bankruptcy, Jim’s experience has given him has extraordinary insight and knowledge into the business of contracting. Through his failures and successes, Jim figured out the exact system that made his business a success. He developed into a six-step program that he calls the “Contractor’s Blueprint for Success.” This system has been used by hundreds of contractors to turn their businesses from failures to successes practically overnight. Jim himself says, “If you want to move to a higher level in your business, and have more money and time to do the things you love while building your personal wealth, I can show you the way.
