Printed title page introducing two volumes. Printed title page for Vol. I. Volume II: engraved plate for Bell's Edition, Volume II, dated 1777. Printed title page introducing two volumes. Printed title page for Vol. II. Full tree calf, gilt to spine, rubbed, mainly to edges. Outer joints a little cracked, not affecting integrity of binding, which remains tight. Name in ink to front pastedown. Old price to front free endpaper. Pencil marks to fly leaf - 'Page 161 / 164'. O/w a few signs of being over 200 years old. Contents clean and bright. Binding firm and square. A Very Good copy. We reduce the default shipping charge for lighter books or use it for a tracked service if books are expensive or uncommon.
