Sotirios Paroutis is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management at Warwick Business School. He earned his PhD from the University of Bath. His research has been published in journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations, California Management Review, and Journal of Knowledge Management. His research interests lie in the study of strategy practices and processes in challenging and complex organizational settings in the UK and globally.
