About the Author: Haskel Valentine was born in Edgewood, Texas and is currently 91 years of age. He is one of only two members of the Valentine family mentioned in this book that are still alive. His sister, Helen, is now 96. He wanted to complete this book while they were both still alive. He currently resides in Long Beach, Washington.
