My international shipping is based on how much it costs to send outside the United States. If shipping is higher I will send a extra charge notice. If it is lower I will issue a refund for extra amount paid. A one pound book shipped outside the USA is about $30. A 3 pound book is $54. These are charges from the United States Post Office.
