Get Set: Shape and Pattern develops children's recognition of colour, pattern and shape, both mathematically and in relation to the world around us. This book explores topics such as 2D and 3D shapes, repeating patterns and symmetry. A separate accompanying teacher's guide, Get Set Maths Teacher's Guide (ISBN 9780721714356), contains detailed teacher's notes, links to show corresponding pages in the activity book, and supporting photocopiable resources.
