Books can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after delivery for any reason. A full refund will be given on the rare occasion that an order does not arrive.

Due to the value of the books (the Goods) we (the Seller) offer for sale on AbeBooks, we always ship the books by a "Signed For" shipping service, that requires a signature on delivery and that provides insurance cover for the full sale value of the goods, when you purchased them.
As a condition of the sale of the goods, you (the Buyer) agree to pay in full for the shipping postage cost using a shipping service that requires a signature on delivery and that provides insurance cover for the full sale value of the goods, when you purchased them.
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
If you request or require the goods to be shipped by a specific mailing service or carrier, different to the one preferred by me, which will incur extra shipping postage cost, then you will be required to pay for the full extra cost.
International shipping postage costs, or other specialist mailing services, i.e. dedicated courier can be requested by the Buyer, but the Buyer is required to pay for all extra shipping postage costs in full.
IMPORT TAX DUTY TARIFFS OR CHARGES (AND SIMILAR LOCAL TAXES AT THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DESTINATION), WHICH ARE APPLIED IN SOME COUNTRIES BY THE GOVERNMENT, WHEN THE GOODS ARE RECEIVED BY THE BUYER, ARE 100% THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY.
