Riassunto: Updated with the latest securities industry procedures, this third edition addresses the fundamentals of the securities industry: the players, the markets, the products, the life-cycle of a trade and today's industry challenges. It covers everything from the industry basics to the structure and processing of credit derivatives, and does so in a clear and to-the-point style.
