John Arnold is Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Business School, Loughborough University. Joanne Silvester is Professor of Organisational Psychology at Goldsmith's College. Cary Cooper is Professor of Organisational Psychology and Psychology at Lancaster University. Bernard Burnes is Senior Lecturer in Management at UMIST.
