Riassunto: This is the second book in the Go Ask Mom series. In a neighborhood named after the planets and the solar system, Gabriel Peters and his friends explore a truly magical place to grow up in. Gabe has overcome much of his physical drawbacks and is pursuing a life of great adventure when alas he finds out he is a "repeater". Yes, poor Gabe has to repeat fourth grad and if that weren't bad enough, he has to repeat with the overbearing 'Batwoman', aka Sister Mary Claire at St. Joe's. As a budding writer, Gabe keeps a journal to observe the world around him. His adventures will lead him and the members of the Secret Detective Brotherhood to explore beyond the safety of their neighborhood. A new kid, Murph, moves into the neighborhood, almost causing World War lll. Gabe visits his 'chicken-twirling' grandmother on the farm. Gabe's bullying big brother Carl has moved across the hall and Gabe has moved to the lower bunk. Let the adventures continue!

L'autore: Justin Matott has been writing stories since he was a boy and perhaps suffers a bit from Peter Pan Syndrome. Raised by English professors, it was Matott's fate to follow in the literary tradition of his childhood home. Blessed and at times cursed with a photographic memory he has used this ability to create and publish books for all ages.
