Text is overall clean and bright, the occasional thumb smudge, has a wave which is easier felt than seen. Includes chapters titled 'Dignity of the Housekeeper (Silent influence of the housekeeper. Should the mother be the housekeeper, etc) 'First Principles' (Obey the dictates of conscience, Dare to disobey the mandates of fashion, etc) 'Having a Plan' (Why a plan is indisensible, Hour of rising, etc) a very humorous section on 'Cheese' and much more in this interesting read.
