A very rare advertising -public realation copy a black cover and on the back page has an actual sample of the first cover and the page opposite has the spines of vol I II and III. the first several pages detail the content and then the press opinons are listed in requards to the series. It is this page that makes me think that it is a pr book or assembled by some one with only 3 Vol :but the book is professtionally bound. There are some smudges on the cover the binding is very tight. and there is almost no fixing inside. The black cover is an old style. The book includes most of the maps and the photos out of the 3 vol. and includes their front inside pages, the contents an some actual content.
