Riguardo questo articolo

First printing assumed with no additional printings green cloth with gilt lettering small chip at bottom of spine some other wear overall very good minus owned previously by Elizabeth A. Miller who was a member of a 26 member book club. She provided this copy of Drums for circulation through the group which most likely were a group of women in New York state. It appears that members were given two weeks to read a book and then trade in the order in which there names appeared on the list. Ms. Miller would have passed her copy of Drums to to Miss. Severance to who would have passed her copy of the chicken - wagon family to Mrs. Reynolds. meanwhile, Mrs Miller would have received a copy of His wife in law from Miss Stoutenburgband so on up and down the line. Presumably Book Club members would have read 24 books during the year which is most assuredly well above the current national average. Codice inventario libreria Drumsbookclub022014

Rare Reads formerly operated a storefront in The Lakewood Antiques Gallery in Atlanta, Georgia but reverted to a strictly online operation when the Gallery closed. In 2006, Rare Reads published "The Heeey Baby Days of Beach Music" which received a bronze medal from The Independent Publishers Association. Long sold out, copies of the 13 pound tribute to the musicians who created the unique R&B genre are occasionally available on ABE. The book was a collaborative effort of Rare Reads and many others including the musicians that created the sound Southerns term "Beach Music." Rare Reads is considering future publications in addition to expanding its online enterprise. Rare Reads is operated by Greg Haynes and son Reid Haynes and has warehouses in Atlanta and Athens, Georgia.
