Book is in poor condition. Boards have general wear and piece missing foot of spine. Dampness has caused red stain from boards to mark bottom pag edges and margin edge as well as part of foredge. Binding is slack but very few pages coming loose. . No date but possibly c1860s onwards. An ancedotal and descritptive account of the Rapacious Birds of Britain with a chapter on ancient and modern hawking. approx 50 illustrations by F W Keyl, Harvey and others.
