Sifff silver and black paper covers. Includes all the pop-ups. folded paper and other attached material except the postcard. All are in Fine condition and complete except for the Big Surprise, of which 5 tear-outs are present. The Lou Reed record is detached but in unused condition. The balloon is fused to the inner edge between the Big surprise page and the following page. Contributors .include Warhol, Stephen Shore, Bill Name, Nat Finkelstein, Paul Morrissey, Ondine, Nico, Christopher Cerf, Alan Rinzler, Gerald Harrison, Akihito Shirakowa, David Paul, Ingrid Superstar.
