John Wiley & Sons, 1962. Clean, sound copy of this first volume of the 2 volume work. This first volume contains all of Part 1 of Polya's original work, which consisted of two parts, and the first two chapters of the second part. Why not just publish Part I as a volume, then Part II as the second volume? Ah, unfortunately, that isn't explained on the dust jacket. Anyways, the illustrated text is clean, no previous owner marks, and the dust jacket is worn but intact.
