An introductory book, by a dealer, with illustrations of new (i.e. 1917) and old (i.e, 1850) Turkish, Persian & Caucasian rugs, and thus very useful for giving a picture of what was being sold in the early part of the 20th century, as well as dating 19th century rugs.
