Waverly & Rugby Books is a mail-order, internet-order, and by appointment
dealership specializing in scholarly books in philosophy, history of science,
and the history of ideas. We are developing a specialization in golf books, and
we have some general stock. Founded formally in 1999 by two retired teachers,
Karen and Jan Ludwig, one of whom had spent thirty years on the fringes of the
business, Waverly & Rugby Books has a sizeable stock of books in the above
fields. As we are only gradually entering our books on the internet, want lists
and inquiries pertaining to our areas of specialization are always welcome.

card). We also accept checks and money orders in U.S. dollars. Any item returnable within ten days with

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. Domestic shipping is $4.00 for the first volume, $1.50 for each additional volume; by Priority Mail $6.50 and $3.50 each additional volume. Foreign shipping costs vary, depending upon destination and method. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
