Dr Rosy Daniel trained as a GP and then specialised in holistic, mind-body medicine. She was formerly Medical Director and is now Chief Executive at the Bristol Cancer Help Centre and lectures nationally and internationally and broadcasts regularly on the holistic approach to health, nutrition and psycho-neuro-immunology (mind-body medicine). This is her fourth book.
Rachel Ellis has worked as a journalist for six years. She recently left her position as Health Editor on the DAILY EXPRESS to work on the DAILY MAIL.
