This proven instrument will give you the information you need to become aware of your proficiency levels in each of these domains and, within them, your internal and external cognitive processes. Dalla quarta di copertina:
Assess Your Ability to Think

Studies have confirmed that outstanding leaders think with a higher degree of skill than their less able counterparts. But surprisingly, research has shown that individuals who were never taught thinking skills are instead employing skills developed before the age of twelve. Thus, in an era of knowledge explosion, organizational performance accountability, and rapid change caused by technology, leaders and managers are trying to succeed using thinking patterns established when they were children.

Now in its second edition, the Yale Assessment of Thinking is a 69-item, self-scored test that will help you to determine your proficiencies in the three domains of thinking: reasoning, insight, and self-knowledge.
