L'autore:

Victoria Baldini and Karen Bruno share a common love for the restaurant and bar business. They each have been bartenders, bar owners and restauranteurs. Both Victoria and Karen are known for their excellent customer service and building community. Victoria, the chef, graduated from Western Culinary Institute in Portland. Karen, the designer, graduated from San Francisco State University, with a degree in Industrial Art and an emphasis in product design. Combined, the two are explosive and creative. Keep an eye out for their upcoming projects.
