Robert Blanchard was born 1969 in Geneva Switzerland. He spent his early years in Italy, Puerto Rico and Caracas Venezuela, before moving to the United States. He graduated with a B.A. from Regis University and went on to receive his Masters at the University of Colorado. He lives in Miami Florida.
