This condition is made to provide for wheels being removed only after proper wear has been obtained from the same. Wheels furnished in replacement to be marked "R" and all such wheels to be exempted from further guarantees. Wheels failing for causes attributable to manufacture to be held for twenty days for inspection or returned to the manufacturer for examination. An exception will be made in case of wheels removed on foreign roads for which a charge of $2.00 will be made in settlement and particulars in evidence of failures, furnished. Respectfully submitted.
