Phil Farver has coached both boys and girls teams for the past 30 years. He won 12 varsity letters at a small Bible college in Wisconsin, in football, basketball and baseball. His vast experience in working with young athletes, building programs and making a positive impact on the community around him has given him a wealth of information to share with those who are searching to improve their lives, their teams or their businesses. He has experienced many winning seasons and has been put to the test several times in his career and each time he has come out of the test a little stronger and a little wiser than before. He currently coaches girls basketball and softball in Florida and has built a solid program in both sports. Not only does he write about principles of success, he puts them into practice every day.
