Frank Washek Sr. has ministered in the capacity of an evangelist, prison preacher, and Bible teacher. He is currently a volunteer mentor for the Oregon State Correctional Institution. He has preached in many jails, prisons, and churches across America and in the Philippines. He organized groups of men to travel to the Philippines three different occasions. There, he preached in middle schools, high schools, colleges, jails, prisons, churches and on front porches of people's homes. He also appeared and preached on National television in the Philippines and at the National Convention of Baptist Churches of Luzon. In the USA he has preached revivals across America. He has preached in schools, churches and has been on live radio talks shows. He is the founder and originator of the Turning Point Prison Ministries. He currently lives in Oregon with his wife, Gloria, and together they have six children, 11 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren
