Michael Garcia lives in Pembroke Pines, Florida, with his wife and two children. He studied literature at the University of Florida, earning a BS. He received his Master's in English from Barry University. He has been teaching classic works at Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High, since 1986. This is his first novel.
